British Health officials estimated , an anomaly version of flu is circulating in Britian and other European countries this winter and it is only about 3 percent of thm that are vaccinated. The situation is even worse than in U.S, where federal health officials say the vaccine reduced disease risk by 23 percent. The flu vaccine isn’t helping in Europe either, which has not worked well to safeguard America against influenza.

"In a season dominated by early circulation of influenza A(H3N2) virus, we found the overall vaccine effectiveness in preventing medically attended laboratory-confirmed influenza in primary care was only 3.4 percent," Richard Pebody, of Public Health England, and colleagues wrote in the journal Eurosurveillance.

Flu virus constantly alter and in any given flu season, there are several peoples falling sick. This year its H3N2 influenza. Influenza A virus subtype H3N2 (also H3N2) is a type of viruses that causes influenza (flu). H3N2 increases in copious amount in seasonal influenza, which kills around 36,000 people in the United States each year. Its name is derived from the forms of the two kind of proteins on the surface of its coat that is hemagglutinin (H) and neuraminidase (N). H3N2 is an important cause of Human Influenza.
