Jafa-Bodden worked as the head of legal and international affairs at the Choudhury's Los Angeles yoga school from spring 2011 to March 2013, when she said she was abruptly fired from her position with six-figure.

Jafa-Bodden also said that Choudhury had sexually harassed and also touched her inappropriately, he also tried to get her to stay with him in a hotel suite.

Jafa-Bodden called the day as a "great day for women" when she was awarded a victory against Choudhury.

Choudhury has built a strong wall around the Bikram yoga, a rigorous 90-minute workout which is performed in a room and can reach more than 100 degrees. This yoga technique is taught all across the world in more than 650 studios and also has drawn number of devoted followers.
